Fees became effective 1/18/90 , 7/1/00 , 2/1/03 and 7/8/04 , 2/1/06 , 10/2/08 by a majority vote of the Nashoba Associated Boards of Health member towns.
*Ashby (additional fee of $75.00 to Town), Dunstable - $50.00, Groton - $60.00, Townsend (additional fee of $25.00 to Town).
* Also a reminder $25.00 charge for our staff having to schedule and additional appointment to sample a well, if the well was not ready for sampling (i.e. chlorine) when the staff person had gone to sample the well prior.
**Refund Statement
The fees for permits application and review reflect the complexity of larger projects for the planning, site inspections, and reviews. Applicants may wish to apply for an adjustment or refund after the permit process is completed or terminated.
***If retesting of a lot with perc rates over 30 min/inch, add $100.00
***for the review of a site with a perc greater than 30 min/inch, add $100.00
****If design incorporates and I/A technology add $50.00
