The Pepperell Fire Department Office is located in the Public Safety Complex, 45 Main Street. this building was originally the Clara M. Shattuck School.

Station 2 is located on Park Street. It houses both ambulances, as well as two engines. It also contains the offices of the EMS Administrator and the appartus maintenance firefighter. It has a meeting hall and kitchen for department meetings and events.

Station 3 is located off Lowell Road in front of the DPW. It was originally a commercial structure which was renovated and expanded for the Fire Department. It houses the rest of the fire apparatus, including the rescue boat, and the SCBA refill system.
