Mission Statement:

To act as an advisory committee to the Board of Selectmen and the Planning Board in fostering a positive relationship between the business community, residents, and town government to ensure the balance between economic growth and the overall quality of life through long range visioning.

While maintaining a strong commitment to the Town of Pepperell's rural history, charm, and character the committee shall strive to:

1. Identify, evaluate, and promote the use of available economic development tools;
2. Promote a viable community for new and continued business growth;
3. Familiarize themselves with local regulations and guidelines to identify strengths and weaknesses; and
4. Offer recommendations to establish a consistent business environment which maintains a safe, pleasing, and comfortable experience for the residents and visitors.
