Information Systems Technology Committee Oversees Systems Administrator and advises on decisions regarding town's information systems and technology.
Lawrence Library Board of Trustees Oversees the operation of Lawrence Library.
Mill Site Study Committee A sub-committee of the Board of Selectment charged with exploring the alternatives for and planning the future of the downtown area known as the Mill Site.
Personnel Board Reviews and recommends personnel policies and procedures.
Planning Board Acts on special permits and subdivision plans, creates and updates the Comprehensive Plan, and guides the process of amending the zoning by-law.

Recreation Commission Recreational activities planning
School Committee - North Middlesex Pepperell shares an administrative school district with Townsend and Ashby. The regional school committee has members from each town.
School Committee - Nashoba Tech Pepperell appoints three members to the Nashoba Tech school committee, which has members from each of seven towns.
